Bare Theory Spa & Wellness accepts cash and most major credit and debit cards. Bare Theory gift cards may be redeemed toward eligible spa services and retail products at face value.Gift cards must be presented at the time of purchase and may not be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift cards are non refundable, non transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any remaining balance will remain on the gift card for future use, subject to applicable terms and expiration requirements. Bare Theory Spa & Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Gift card redemption is subject to applicable state laws and Bare Theory Spa & Wellness policies.

Service purchases are non refundable. If a service is canceled or rescheduled outside of our cancellation policy, applicable fees may apply. Returned payments or checks may be subject to a $50 returned-payment fee, plus any applicable collection costs.

Gratuity is not included in the price of services and is entirely at the guest's discretion. Gratuity may be provided directly to the service provider or through an approved payment method at checkout.

Bare Theory Spa & Wellness reserves the right to update its payment, gift card, and gratuity policies as needed. Any changes will be communicated to guests as applicable.

To begin your Bare Theory experience in a relaxed state, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. New guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to complete their guest profile and any necessary paperwork.

For your comfort, select amenities may be provided during your visit.

Please understand that arriving late may shorten your service time. To respect the time reserved for you and maintain the quality of your experience, your service will not be extended due to late arrival, and the full service price will still apply. Significant lateness may result in cancellation of the appointment.

If you have any special needs, allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy related considerations, or are taking medications that may affect your service, please let Bare Theory know before your appointment. This allows us to determine whether any adjustments or precautions are needed to provide you with a safe and comfortable experience.

As a courtesy, Bare Theory Spa & Wellness will send a confirmation of your appointment prior to your scheduled visit.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, at least 24 hours' notice is required. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service price.

For spa packages, multiple services, or appointments lasting more than two hours, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled services.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

If you arrive significantly late, your appointment may need to be shortened or canceled to accommodate the reserved time. The full service price may still apply.

Because Bare Theory is a solo-operated spa, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each guest. Your appointment time cannot always be filled when changes are made at the last minute, so we appreciate your consideration and understanding.

Spa packages, special events, and private bookings may be subject to additional cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.

To ensure your preferred appointment time, we recommend booking your Bare Theory experience as far in advance as possible. You may also schedule your next appointment at the conclusion of your current visit.

Because Bare Theory is a solo operated spa, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. A valid credit or debit card may be required to secure your reservation and authorize any applicable cancellation or no show fees.

All appointments and services are subject to availability. Service offerings, pricing, and spa policies are subject to change without notice.

Bare Theory Spa & Wellness reserves the right to decline or discontinue service when necessary to maintain the safety, comfort, and integrity of the spa environment.

At Bare Theory Spa & Wellness, we carefully select professional grade products with quality, performance, and your overall experience in mind.

If you are not completely satisfied with a skin or body care product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for Bare Theory spa credit, subject to the product being eligible for return.

For other eligible retail products, returns made within 30 days may be refunded as Bare Theory spa credit or to the original form of payment.

Products must be returned in an acceptable condition and may be subject to additional return restrictions. Certain products, opened or used items, and final sale items may not be eligible for return.
